E Series Three-chuck horizontal fiber laser tube cutting machine
The machine adopts horizontal structure, high-precision gear rack and high-precision linear guide rail, with stable transmission and high precision. It is equipped with unloading device to improve the production efficiency of the machine tool.

Details:
1. Zero tail material three-chuck clamping design, square hole chuck, larger processing range;
2. The bed adopts a welded structure, rough machining after annealing, then vibration aging treatment, and then fine machining, which can completely eliminate the stress of welding and machining, with good rigidity, high precision, and can maintain long-term use without deformation;
3. The feeding chuck seat and the fixed chuck seat adopt a plate welding structure, rough machining after high-temperature annealing, and then vibration aging, and high-precision machining. It has good rigidity, light weight, and good dynamic performance;
